Hawaiian night!

The hotel where I am staying in Japan this week had a Hawaiian buffet. So I threw on an aloha shirt, headed down and took some photos.

Salads. Included salmon lomi-lomi, smoked marlin dip, marinated pork, and tuna and shrimp remoulade.
Ahi burgers. They said they got the recipe from their sister hotel in Waikiki.
Hot dishes. Included Hulu chicken, steamed shrimp and make your own loco moco.
