祐菜亭に行って景色はもちろんですが、そこで初めて目にした染め物もとても素晴らしいものでした。光によって染め色が変化する独自の染色技法、夢こうろ染(ゆめこうろぞめ) と言うそうです。 Yusaitei – When we went to Yusaitei , the scenery was, of course, beautiful. 今日は、誘われてお料理に挑戦しました~。韓国の海苔巻き(キンパ) と海鮮チヂミ。以外と海苔にご飯をのせて左右、上下に広げていく工程が難しかった！！とっても美味しく出来上がりました💕 Today, I was invited to a cooking class.I was invited to try my hand at two different dishes: Korean nori rolls (kimba) and seafood pancakes.The process of spreading the rice on the nori and spreading it from side to side and up and down was difficult!The result was very tasty💕. 場所を移動して長野県から岐阜県へ来ました。穂高連峰を岐阜県側から本当は見れるはずが、霧が酷くて残念ながらみれませんでしたが、変わりに綺麗な紅葉がみれました。2階建てロープウェイにも乗ってきましたよ。 Shin-Hotaka Ropeway – We moved from Nagano Prefecture to Gifu Prefecture.We were supposed to be able to see the Hotaka mountain range from the Gifu side, but unfortunately we couldn’t because of the heavy fog, but we were able to see the beautiful autumn leaves instead.We also took a ride on the double-decker ropeway.Continue reading “新穂高ロープウェイ”

穂高連峰も少し紅葉し始めて小さな小川を見ると水草がとても綺麗でした。油絵を描いている渡辺勝男さんの絵も素晴らしい物でした。 Kamikochi 4 – The Hotaka mountain range was starting to turn a little red, and the water plants in the small stream were very beautiful. Katsuo Watanabe, an oil painter, did some wonderful paintings. Written by Miki.

上高地のハイキングコースをひんやりした空気と小鳥のさえずりを聞きながらお散歩しました。何回か目にとまってみた植物がありましたので写真を撮ってみました。マユミの実だそうです。 Kamikochi-3 – I took a walk along a hiking trail in Kamikochi, listening to the cool air and the chirping of birds. I saw a plant that had caught my eye a few times, so I took a picture of it. It is said to be a Mayumi fruit. Written by Miki.

We went to lunch at a sukiyaki shop in Nagoya. Miki had the sukiyaki and I had a beef rice bowl. They also served chawanmushi, vegetable tofu, salad and a dessert made with satsumaimo and pear compote. ちょっと豪華なランチ　〜　名古屋のすき焼き屋さんでランチをしました。 美紀はすき焼きを、私は牛丼を食べました。 他にも茶碗蒸し、野菜豆腐、サラダ、そしてさつま芋と梨のコンポートを使ったデザートが出てきました。
